Today I began trying to reduce the sugar in my diet. I don't eat a ton of artificial sugars as is, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to reduce my sugar and carb intake to drop a few pounds and since my father has diabetes and I don't want to end up with it as well.
Breakfast
3 Organic eggs (scrambled)
2 slices of Ezikel organic whole-grain toast
Mid-morning snack
Plain Greek Yogurt
*Everything is very bland thus far.*
Lunch
Organic black beans
Sugar Snap Peas
White Albacore Tuna
Organic baby carrots
Organic Polenta
Peach greek yogurt
